WSET Level 3 Award in Spirits Certified Educator

Sky HUO pursued her dreams in the hospitality industry ten years ago. It surely is a great spot light for being one of the Top 25 Bartenders of Drinks World Asia Hong Kong in 2014, which inspired her to better herself working abroad including Australia and England, some best places in the world like The Baxter Inn and Dead Ringer. When the timing was right, she returned to HK to run one of the sister bar The Sea of the best bar The Old Man in Asia (2019). After that, being the Spirits Advocate for Nikka Whisky Hong Kong has enriched her skill set on spirits training and branding.
 
With her experience in multi-aspects in the spirits industry, she believes it is a necessity that providing the right systematic learning method to assist fellow spirits lovers in Hong Kong. She founded Spirits Cave to put this vision into practice and will exert all her energy on building a growing and loving alumni community that shares the same prospect on learning about spirits, drinking better and living better.
